Burnside collision was a 10/10 experience in my book. I was expecting a great deal of hassle getting my car fixed after my accident. Burnside made it incredibly easy for me. I get my claim filed with Geico, very next day able to setup an appointment with them to get my car damage estimated. Able to leave my car there and have repairs start. Plus I was able to get a rental straight from the shop. This took less than 30 minutes and I was out of there. Finished repairs on my car 3 days early. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Burnside’s customer service was incomparable! I’ve been in a couple of other accidents and have gone to other body shops around the city and have never received the quality of care/customer service as I have with them. Everyone welcomes you with a smile and very attentive from the beginning to the end. They notified me on status every two days as promised. The lead time on getting my vehicle back was the quickest I’ve had. The process was so smooth and seamless. If I ever need body repairs in the future I’m definitely returning to them and will highly recommend them to others. Thank you for your service!

I was surprised to get my car back early. It looks great! Thank you for keeping me informed as the process went along. I have never had anyone do that when I had my car repaired. Although, I hope my car is never damaged again, if it is, I will push to bring it to your shop! Thank you again!!

Thank you for cleaning. If you are not going to do the inside properly, I recommend you doing do it. There were smears on the computer screen that could be moved astound with my finger. Clumps off dust here and there where it had been pushed. Dirty growing into the seat material that had laid loudly on it before. Hence running over everything with a dirty rag doors not constitute cleaning.
