One thing I did not like was that my appointment was on Tuesday and you guys didn’t star working on it till Wednesday. The other one I called you guys on Friday when you said it was gonna be ready and tell u when my car is ready to pick up please call my wife because I’m at work I give my wife’s phone number and tell them please call her or text her because we need the car on the weekend you guys never call.I call back and said can you please wait 10 minutes for my wife to go and pick it up you guys said no so I was with out cat for a week because you didn’t work on time on my car or give my wife a call when I asked you

Hi, I checked "NO" for only one reason. The repair of my car was great, BUT the cleaning agent you use on the car's interior was toxic and strong-smelling, and it stayed at a high level for 10 days, despite leaving the windows open all day. My wife refused to get in the car, it was so bad. Surely, there is another less obnoxious cleaning agent. Thanks! ~Jim G
