My car was supposed to be completely detailed and it wasn’t. Your paint guys did a great job on the right side I wish my whole car would’ve gotten the same attention especially for the cost of fixing my car. Attention to detail would’ve really made the difference for my car. Your shop just seems so over busy that the other details can’t be taken care of like they should. I do appreciate the work that was done. It’s just the attention to details really make customers want to come back. And that’s what was lacking.

We had our Chevy truck repaired after it was in an accident. It did take multiple visits to get the passenger door repaired, but I really appreciated Tiffany’s patience with us and she always made us feel valued as a customer. She was great to work with and great communication throughout the whole process. We would definitely come back but hope we don’t need to in the future!! Thanks again to everyone that helped behind the scenes too!!

Everyone I encountered during my repair was amazing. The staff was very upfront and honest about lead times which was awesome. I also received phones calls every time there was an update or anything to report. I am beyond pleased with my services at Litha Auto Body and Paint. I hope I do not need to see them again, but if I do, they will be my first call. Thank you so much!
