They didn't tell me that extra parts had to be ordered until I called them. It was thought at the time of the estimate additional parts might be needed but I was not told until I called to find out about my car. Also, there was stuff in the front passenger seat that was out in the back seat. Not a problem except it was wet when I moved the items back. Otherwise, it was fine.

Called three times and left message for an update with no response. My wife called and was told vehicle would be done in an hour and a call would be made. That never occurred, instead we called at 4:45 and was told it would be done in about 15 minutes and we could scramble to get there by 5:30 to pick it up. Expected the vehicle to be done on Friday and because of an imperfection had to go back in paint. We were without a vehicle for the weekend.

The car was filthy with paint powder and whoever "cleaned" it did a terrible job. I swung in a couple days ago to pick something up out of the car and there were no paper floor mats or plastic seat covers in the car at all and there was white paint dust all over the front car seats and all over the dash. Terrible cleanup job. The body work was great tho.
