I found a couple of bolts that were not tightened on the bumper that was replaced.

Customer service was great and overall I am pretty happy. There are a few things that Im a bit disappointed with. ****. The new paint has a bit of orange peel compared to the original paint. 2. It appears that after painting, whoever washed my black car didn't take care and it has a bit of swirling in the brand new paint. 3. It seems like whatever compound was used to buff the car was not washed off all the way and some was left in cracks, esp in the decals. All of that being said, these were not noticeable at the time of pick up, when I did a quick walk around, but after careful examination at home were discovered, so they weren't terrible. Just a little disappointing. Also, the total was much more than the estimate. This will be covered by insurance, but had I been paying out of pocket it would have been quite upsetting. I know working on an older car will not produce a new one, however, these are the reasons I said I was not 100% satisfied. Thanks!

My car was repaired quickly, looking brand new when I picked it up. I was always being updated on the status of my car, was always treated with extreme kindness and in a very professional manner. The complementary wash and vacuum was great at the end. Denise kept up with everything and I really appreciated her great service

Not sure why there was an additional 289 miles on my odometer after ten days of repairs... Seems rather excessive. The repairs themselves were fine and they even wiped down the interior of my vehicle. Just not exactly happy about the almost 300 extra miles on my vehicle
