Overall, I thought the repairs were above what was expected. The only gripe that I have is that the tail light and turn indicator bulbs were removed and not replaced. It was easier to stop by the parts house and pick up a couple of new bulbs than to go back to your place the next day, risking a citation or accident.
I would recommend Cooks to friends. The email updates are very helpful.

From the front desk, Vanessa started the service **** rolling. She is very professional and combines business with friendly manners in conducting herself.
Mr. Juan Rosales was the second Cooks Employee who assisted me. From the very first day, Juan kept in touch with me. The repair period took more time to complete as did the matching paint work. Juan made sure that I was aware of the additional work and parts installation. I was impressed with his confident attitude and genuine concern for me and my repair work satisfaction. Juan was very professional and is clearly a great Cooks Collision employee.
