I think I ended up bugging them more than I should have during the process! I literally dropped the car off and received the repaired car faster than estimated. I just want to say that this is the first time I have dealt with Hamilton Nissan and as a individual who has many Nissans over the course of the past 23 years, Hamilton Nissan customer service is hands down the best!! I have dealt with Fitzgerald Nissan in Chambersburg and their customer service **** compared to Hamilton. I also want to thank whoever took the time to sweep and clean my vehicle for me! It was the cherry on top! I would hands down recommend your body shop to individuals in need of auto body repair.

Juan went above and beyond on my car. I was very upset that the insurance company wouldn't allow OEM parts for my repair even though my car only has 4,000 miles. Juan was able to get KIA to price mach almost all the parts so that I could have OEM. That level of extra service is very rare for anything involving a vehicle and I appreciate it very much. On a small negative note, the receptionist was very short and seemed almost annoyed that I was there on all 3 interactions and on the phone. When I dropped off my vehicle and had to wait for the rental she seemed very pleasant and friendly. Maybe just mention that she's the face of the company and the first contact. It should be very positive.

I didn’t notice it at first because of the car being washed but once it was dry and I could take a better look I noticed a couple spots where it looks like someone touched it to see if it was dry and left some marks
