Customer service was just as good as the service completed. Sometimes you get a shop that does excellent work but the service destroys your experience and it was not in this case. I was exstreamly satisfied all around. Thank you.

****. paint applied to wheels was not done well. probably should have been sent to another person to do that part with the right paint or decline to accept to work on exotic cars. 2. Phone calls were not returned in within an acceptable time span. 3. Car was kept too long. 4. Most of the work, when done, was good.

The work looks great. The communication from my estimator was not. It was supposed to take 3-5 days and I had not heard anything at all by the end of day 4 so I tried calling and left a voice mail. Day 5 mid day I still had not heard anything so I called and left another voice mail. Finally I got a call back that it would be finished Monday. Monday afternoon came and I still did not get updated on the status so I called and left another voice mail. A little while later I stopped by so I could actually talk to someone and get an update. Tuesday my truck was finished and the work looks good but not all of it was completed. There was specific work to the interior I had asked for in the original estimate that was not going to be covered by insurance, and that portion of the work was lost in the shuffle somehow. Seems like it could have been avoided with better communication. Your guy is either severely overworked and doesn't have the time to take care of his customers properly or he is just not being thorough.

The front grill was supposed to be re-painted under warranty and they forgot to do it, so now we have to make another appointment to get it done. Also, we now have a warning signal that says the BDS is not working. I am disappointed that everything is not working as before.
