The repair itself was great except there was a long scratch on my car that wasn't there before no one said anything about it being there. So that put me further out withput a car. Kind of put me in a spot of not having a car. Steven Meyers tried very hard to take care of the situation which I greatly appreciated. He is a great asset to your company..

My experience was horrible. My car stayed a month longer than supposed to. There was poor communication between the staff and I. My vehicle was not repaired correctly when I was called to pick it up which required it to stay even longer for them to complete the repairs. I don't recommend this body shop at all.
