Aside from the final date to pick up the vehicle was one week later than estimated (which was ok since my wife was out of town for that week, so no problem), the repair looks good and the car drives fine. Just had it back a couple of days, so still trying to really tell if it is as good as it was prior to the accident.

Mel's was incredible. The staff was so amazingly accomodating that I cannot thank them enough. My vehicle had been hit & damaged, and there were personal complications that arose from the situation. Mel's went way out of their way to help make coordinations for me while they fixed my vehicle. They were pleasant to talk to and I am absolutely satisfied with the work done & how I was treated. Thank you Mel! And thank you to the wonderful ladies in the front office especially!
