The work on my van was exemplary and the added exciting bonus that they polished the interior, gave it a sparkling exterior and it smelled so super nice. I will always go to Mel's for my autos.

We were told that our car would be ready by Thursday when we dropped it off Monday morning. Almost had to wait through the weekend, but we had called friday to make sure it was ready before they closed at 5. Other than that, our car is in great shape.

Service and support staff is very agreeable. I would just recommend that a live person contacts client on the last part of the process to schedule rental return and car pick up especially if there's a delay that the emails did not report.
