The staff was so friendly and helpful. They clearly understood our distress at having experienced a hit and run. They helped us navigate the insurance, and did so with complete competence. They did the repair quickly to minimize the amount of time we had to be without a vehicle. The car was as good as new. And they cleaned it for us as well!

Was surprised with the adressee used in your message (SSGT) from USAA I'm sure. Part of my 4 years with the USAF and all the great memories including the fact they gave me the shaft at the end which led to bigger and better tings!
