Aloha, I can safely say that this was the best experience I've EVER had with an Auto Body shop. This ran like a machine from the day I had the estimate done, to the day of drop off, to the day of pick up (2.5 days later!!!!). Communication through out was timely, informative and spot on. I have been around a long time and the thought that I could have the work completed on my car done in 2.5 days is amazing. Great experience and I'd recommend you any day! Thank you!

Paint work quality is good but the attention to detail on the repair was quite poor. A proximity sensor is non-functional, likely unplugged. A broken sensor trim was reused. A cracked lower grill was reused. The window washer system is now leaking, and drained an entire bottle on the ground over an afternoon. Prior to drop off all sensors were functional and there were no leaks.

Its took too long to repair my tesla. Too long waiting time just have the tesla sitting there and done nothing . It took a week long waiting before they can bring the car to the Tesla shop for the dynastic test . Six months waiting for the scheduled before to bring the car in for repairs and another three months to have it done to complete fix . The quality of work is excellent but the timing is taking too long. I’ve suffered three months long without a car to drive and that’s unexceptional.
