Communication and customer service was perfect! Even when I had a concern with a missed repair, no one argued with me, and they took the van back into the shop and fixed it. Highly recommended!

The whole process was easy. Once I worked everything out with the other person's insurance, they said "I'll send the info over to the shop, give them a few hours and call for an appointment.", 15 minutes later Margie was calling to make an appointment. Super fast. Then the whole estimate was easy and Margie is so super nice, the work looks great and will recommend the shop to everyone. The only downside was the wait to actually get it in after the esimate, (6 weeks), but I guess that's to be expected when you are the best in town; everyone wants you to do the work, so I'll live with that anytime.
