Everyone provided great customer service. They answered all my questions when asked. Mary followed up with me when there were changes and the lady that took over for her when she went on maternity leave also was great! (sorry I don't remember her name) when I came to pick up my car I was so grateful for the full detail the shop did as well! My car was like new!
Yes, having to take your car in for repairs after a fender bender but I must say Jim Marsh body shop was fantastic when put in that spot of worrying about your car. My technician Vanessa M was amazing and was always there if I had a question as well as always keeping me informed. Always a pleasant smile and a kind word, she definitely made things nicer. My car was completed before the timeframe given and it looked as it did on the showroom floor a month earlier! Thanks to all the staff at Jim Marsh body shop, experts!!
Over spray of paint required us to have to bring the car back.
And when we picked up the car. Front hood area where they placed a mate, left the area sticky. Mary had to take the car back to the shop for them to buff it out.
Mary Gould took care of me like I was family. Just wonderful from start to finish.

Scratch on side door from accident was only repaired half way…. Half of the scratch is still there.

The repairs took quiet some time due to delay in parts. When living up the vehicle there was additional damage not related to the initial accident. Damage occurred while in repair. Having to drive back and forth to the body shop, the representative did take responsibility for the additional damages to repair them. In sure the repairs cost the body shop a bit of money. The representative was helpful and Kelley was great with communication once it was established as I didn't have communication on the repairs for a while and had to call to get that corrected. Thanks for making this right in the end. The rental with enterprise was not a good experience in the beginning either. Hadn't left tile lot with the rental when the engine cut out. Enterprise eventually made things right too.
