The finished results looked great, however the truck leaned toward the front damaged area and the air suspension warning message was one when I picked up the vehicle. While driving home the steering alignment was off and the steering wheel was not centered. The vehicle drove terrible, I was so dissapointed I sold it the next day as I didnt want to fight with Jim Marsh to have it repaired correctly. I will never patronize Jim Marsh again. Very dissapointed customer.

Everyone provided great customer service. They answered all my questions when asked. Mary followed up with me when there were changes and the lady that took over for her when she went on maternity leave also was great! (sorry I don't remember her name) when I came to pick up my car I was so grateful for the full detail the shop did as well! My car was like new!

Yes, having to take your car in for repairs after a fender bender but I must say Jim Marsh body shop was fantastic when put in that spot of worrying about your car. My technician Vanessa M was amazing and was always there if I had a question as well as always keeping me informed. Always a pleasant smile and a kind word, she definitely made things nicer. My car was completed before the timeframe given and it looked as it did on the showroom floor a month earlier! Thanks to all the staff at Jim Marsh body shop, experts!!

Over spray of paint required us to have to bring the car back.
And when we picked up the car. Front hood area where they placed a mate, left the area sticky. Mary had to take the car back to the shop for them to buff it out.
