Absolutely fabulous repaint and repair on my 2023 Lexus L600! Flawless and undetectable on both counts and bonus interior detailing upon delivery. Think it looked better than when it was new! Was also very impressed with the service and care I received from the level of care and response from the staff in the office in keeping me updated!

**** was phenomenal. She explained everything, kept me updated, she was informative and knowledgeable. She made the process of my claim go Smooth sailing. This was my first time ever going through something like this and I am happy my car landed in their hands. They even did a detail on my car after it was finished being worked on so not only did I ge try car back fixed but it was nice and clean.

All of the employees were so nice and helpful to me. I had such a pleasant experience. I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle and I greatly appreciate the timely manner in which my vehicle was repaired. I also appreciate them keeping me informed on the progress being made. I would definitely use them again for any repairs and would recommend them highly.

Had to take my truck back to get the door was not on there straight. And the rim that was ordered for my tuck does match the other three on my truck. And now I have to order it pay for it to be installed get then I will be reimbursed. Other then those two things there was nothing mmmmmmmmmh

KO unknowing allowed ex girlfriend to steal over 500$ in contents from my vehicle while in their possession. Only the vehicle owner should be allowed to take possessions from an vehicle at their place of business. Having said that…. KO was very upset this happened and very sorry it happened. The quality of work is outstanding! The quality of repair is amazing and professionalism second to none. I am extremely happy with the work they performed. I have recommended them to everyone I know. Thanks KO for the amazing work you do and you have earned a customer for life.
