I still need to get a couple plastic rivets for the rubber piece below the hood at the hinge. This piece was wadded up below the hood and it has empty holes for the plastic fasteners.

The work that was done on the door was great! Even though they cracked my windshield and I had to go back to get it fixed. They have to be very careful when a customer leave their car in the shop to avoid unecessary damage like this. They didn’t even said anything. I just noticed it myself which is not good for the business. I appreciate Juan Liborio’s help. He’s excellent in his job. He took care of everything and had my windshield fixed right away. He even helped me returned my rental car. He is a great employee.

My vehicle came back with damage to the hood. The hood had no damage and closed properly as the incident that occured did not damage the vehicle, only the engin and undercarriage. Myhood is not closing properly, as it's "lifted" on the passengar side and has about a 3/4 inch gap on that side, the driver side of the hood is closed just fine, no gap. Who do I need to speak with regarding this damage? I kept my vehicle and need this to be repaired. Please call ****-****-xxxx Valerie G
