The office manager was very good at what she did: estimates, customer service, and generally being able to answer questions easily. The atmosphere was friendly but business like. My only criticism would be the pickup time and day changed multiple times. I understand that sometimes the estimate needs to be updated as more is known about the repair, so I mention this more as a side comment than a problem.
