Brock was a great communicator, he let me know when My insurance company was slowing the process down, and trying to use aftermarket parts. Roger was helpful trying to find me parts afterwards. Just a great body shop. Have it in your mind because when an accident happend, it is best to have it taken there immediately.

Upon picking up my car, I discovered that the representatives from Altra Collision Center not only failed to clean out the large amount of broken glass that had fallen into my car (following the back windshield being vandalised, shattered, and then replaced), but that there was now broken glass inside the roof of my car (which I can hear sliding around while I drive), and large pieces seemingly hidden underneath items in the back of my car. In addition, the representatives “cleaned” out the inside of my car, which apparently entailed tearing off stickers I had placed on some of the dashboard buttons, and stole a rubber duck that I had had in my car and didn’t realise actually had value (upon searching for a replacement duck online, it’s apparently vintage and sells for around $200). Overall, the only thing that was done correctly was that there is now a functional windshield on the back of my car, and that the outside is now washed, as it was rather dirty before. For the price, I can’t believe the mistreatment of my car, and the missplacment of my trust. I will not be coming back.
