The repair service was great, however I bought two new tires from you and shortly thereafter I ran over a nail and was shocked to find out that you have no roadside guarantee for the required patch, I was disappointed to pay an additional $35 for a patch

The problem came back a day after service there. I talked to the tech and he told me to send a pic of the warning lights and I never got a response. I took the car to Subaru to let them look at it.

I appreciate you stopped when you did and recommended taking it to an Audi Dealer. It made me feel you are to be trusted and that is what I will tell others. In the end, it took another week of analysis, but the final result was an 18 month old vehicle was totalled.
