Kelly Babineau was outstanding. After I got my car the lumbar wasn’t working. I notified Kelly and she contacted my AAA insurance representative. I was told that I now had to use a Subaru dealership to repair my car. The dealership informed me that in addition to the inoperable lumbar that the rear brake and taillight were burnt out. I was satisfied with the repairs made by Gustafson’s but I wasn’t completely satisfied with Guftason’s overall performance. I look forward to hearing from your representative. The repair service was great, however I bought two new tires from you and shortly thereafter I ran over a nail and was shocked to find out that you have no roadside guarantee for the required patch, I was disappointed to pay an additional $35 for a patch
