I am incredibly unhappy with this experience. After my car was totaled and taken to Golden Autobody, they proceeded to gouge my insurer with exessive fees. In turn, my insurance company ended up putting those exessive fees on me to cover, reducing my claim by over $700 in addition Golden Autobody fees.
My plan is to report this to the Better Business Bureau and the California Department of Insurance for these tactics.
