Everyone in the company was professional n courteous. Especially the receptionist, I didn’t get her name but she was really nice when I went to get items from my car. I wish u were State Farm Authorized facility I would have left my vehicle there. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle n me too!

Golden Auto Body & Paint misrepresented events that occurred and kept my car for a ridiculous amount of time. I do not recommend them.

As piores de minha vida . Não alinhouo carro os pneus eu perdi a mala não consertou . Passei 5 dias em Los Angeles esperando meu carro porque moro em SAN Francisco. Péssimo atendimento. Uma pessoa Joice algo assim super grosso e estupido mentratou muito mal foi a pior experiência de toda minha vida. Péssimo o mais péssimo possível . Meu carro estar com problema até hoje .

I had a bad experience at golden Auto Body Paint, I had stopped by to retrieve one item out of my vehicle which was totaled. They had me waiting around for almost 2 hours while they tried to find the keys to my vehicle. Finally when someone was able to show me where my vehicle was, he faked it with a completely different set of keys. At least the item I went to get was still there and I was able to get it back in the end. They lost my set of keys, the girl at the front desk had to call someone about 8 times to show me to the vehicle, they couldn’t find my vehicle for about 2 hours, once found they couldn’t find the keys, then the guy who showed me to my car tried to play a trick on me by using a different set of keys not even for my car. Then when I had to release my vehicle to the insurance company for my total loss, settlement I had to call and email 2 times for them to finally do what I had asked.

The front office contact from the start (I forgot the nice woman's name, sorry) was helpful and provided great service. Abraham was great with my onsite visit and excellent follow thru. And my car was done faster than promised!

Great shop. Truck looks brand new after a minor collision. Had a great customer experience, thanks to Abraham and the team at Golden who was reliable, dependable, communicative and very professional. Definitely would recommend it !

Hi there! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you guys - I was in the middle of finals! First I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Joyce and Bruno for being so helpful and encouraging while I navigated this process with them. It was my first-time "adulting" in this situation and they made me feel incredibly at ease. I'm very grateful because it would have been an entirely different experience otherwise. I wasn't told this was done explicitly, but I noticed that the scratches/paint on the right side of the car were initially very noticeable. When my car was returned to me, it was much less apparent and they also cleaned the inside of my car. They didn't have to do any of that but I'm deeply appreciative of these small acts of kindness. There was some miscommunication with Hertz - they kept sending me emails that my rental had to be returned at a certain date/time multiple times and I made around four trips to be told I was supposed to wait for a call from Golden. No biggie since it worked with my schedule - but I think there should be more communication between the organizations since the Hertz representatives were also confused. Another point is that the alignment wasn't fixed initially but that quickly got sorted over the weekend! Overall terrific experience and have recommended Golden to my friends already. Thanks again!
