The updates on the status can be more frequent. All I shared the pictures before and I could have been asked to bring the car to get the parts ordered. The whole process took more than 6 weeks and my car rental expired so I had to pay extra for car rental and Uber when I returned the car.

Not sure if my message was delivered. I wanted to let Carstar Murray's know that our 3 day grace period for car pick up was not the full 3 days, per your policy. We had to scramble to return early and the day we were contacted at 3:38 on Monday the 24th was considered one of the 3 days, so we did not get our full 3 days. For future customers, please consider the contact day not part of the 3 days. I realize you have limited storage but having to change our plans abruptly was very inconvenient. ALSO, our brakes now require a more intentional push to slow/stop the car. Is there perhaps something that got set differently? Please call me regarding the braking issue, ****-****-xxxx
