I was unhappy that my vehicle was returned with a broken back hatch latch, and no one told me about it when I picked it up. Whether or not the hatch truly broke on its own, this should have been brought to my attention rather than me taking the car home and getting an unpleasant surprise when I could not get into the back of my car. I wasted a half of a day having to take it back in, only to find out that whoever worked on it knew about the problem but failed to tell anyone about it. Not only could the problem not be fixed, but now I had to fight rush hour traffic to take my car to the Honda dealer. Not happy!!

The repair was fine, however when I got home and rolled up my driver side window, the window tint was damaged with a 2 inch scratch. Also, the driver side door upholstery was cut but I was able to repair it with adhesive.
