I was a bit skeptical about how my experience was going to be at Lone Star when I initially arrived...However, Fernando really took care of me and my car. He and the others at Lone Star made sure I was picked up by enterprise when I left my car, I received status emails about my car, Fernando called and made sure he let me know about how much longer my car was going to be... the constant communication made me feel like my care was in the best of care. Fernando was great and all the others who took the time to assist. I would confidently recommend Lone Star to friends and family, great job and thank you.

Not delivered as promised. Failed to order part timely. Rude office worker who told me three times "negative not going to happen". What kind of stupid uneducated talk is that. Terrible customer service. Will relay the service to friends in Alamo Heights. Will also report dissatisfaction to USAA to use a more professional competent company.
