They never called me...I had to take the initiative to call and follow up with when the parts were there, when they were painted, when I could bring my car in for the bumper replacement...if I didn't call, not sure how long I would have been waiting.

I got a call 3 times to let me know my car was ready when I was not even able to turn on my car. They never told me this was a problem. I had to leave work 3 times to gp get my car. The first time i went to pick up my car I noticed that the condensor was not replaced like the estimate said. I cant' believe that the mechanic said my car was ready when they did not even check the condensor. Lone star did not even clean my car. I would not recommend this place at all. They cannot be trusted.

When I picked my car up all the repairs were good and the car was cleaned inside and out which was a very nice surprise. I would definitely take my car back there if I needed any more work.

Very pleased with great repair on my Lexus, "Ruby". Fernando did a good job communicating during the process. Although the car was not complete when I came to pick up, (wheel was not fixed & the door needed adjustment), these repairs were done within one day.
