Great texting and calling
Great job so far. Going to give more inspection this weekend. Haven't had real time to look over everything. Especially the suspension. Only bad thing was waiting too long I thought to get my driver door.

Taking care of the vehicle and washing it. 5. Providing maintenance guidance regarding washing and waxing the new body work .///Also, the lifetime guarantee with Geico ARX. Why? On my old Honda, another body shop with an excellent reputation did an excellent job. Stll, over time, we realized that the door light covers were all broken and fell off. The replaced headlight bulbs died quickly. The headlights were not adjusted and could not be corrected easily. The back liftgate would not shut properly and required adjustment. And after 2 years or so, small regular dents at the edge of the hood became apparent . It took weeks to get the work done, and then, a tow truck hit it at the body shop, and it required additional work.
Phil in the collision center provided outstanding service. He was courteous, responsive and very professional. Thank you Phil for a great experience!
Phil was awesome! He made the whole process so stress-free! He communicates every step of the way which was very helpful considering I was handling the repairs from out of state. When I told him we really needed the car back on a particular day he made it happen!!! Very professional!

When I first hit the door I was amazed & shocked how much attention I received when I brought my truck in for repair. The associates that greeted me were vice average and made me feel very comfortable about my repair work that was to be done. Enterprise was already there waiting for me to receive my rental car. You kept me informed of the progress during repair and kept me informed. World Ford Collision is ahead of the game in Collision repair and I’m totally satisfied with their service from day one to time of pick up. Thank You so much for your exceptional service.
