Though I do not remember the representatives names both people we talked to were very friendly. We were keep up to date with the repairs being accomplished. They were very efficient when the vehicle was turned in for repairs and just as efficient when we picked up the vehicle. Excellent job!

My contact information was incorrect in two different instances which caused the process to take longer since no one was able to get ahold me. My apartment parking pass was thrown away but my car was not cleaned in the inside so I'm not sure why they would throw that away when it's hanging from the rear view mirror.

My interior is covered in this white dust. And when you replaced my rear bumper you never reinstalled the tube and cover for my spare tire retractor and my left rear taillight wasn't fixed. Other than that you guys were awesome your paint is spot on and the stripes are perfect.

You don’t let a drivable car sit for three weeks literally growing mold (there was mold all over back area when I got it back). You order the back ordered part while the driver is still driving the drivable vehicle then call the driver when the part has arrived or at least on the way. Also if you are storing a vehicle in a damp environment with the lift gate removed you plug in a dehumidifier so the vehicle does not come back moldy! The people I dealt with there were very nice and friendly and I don’t want to get anyone in trouble but it’s three days later and I’m still trying to kill all the mold so my kids aren’t breathing it in so I’m a little frustrated.

I was totally impressed with the great service that they provided. They told me that my car would be ready in a week and they were 3 days ahead of schedule. Then they not only repaired it but they cleaned it up for me as well. The staff was kind and friendly and they made me feel like my business mattered and that I was much more then a customer. I’d recommend WFC to anyone I know because of those things because that’s sometikg we no longer see in customer service anymore. Thank you guys for making me feel that my business mattered.

Took twice as long as it was suppose to. Never received an update. Phone calls on status not returned. Only when the rep picked up the phone did I obtain an update/excuse as to when the vehicle would be done. Many promises made on completion that were not kept. Only when I went to office did I receive “immediate” service and vehicle work was completed (2 days later). Not the typical service I have come to expect from World Ford. This was self-pay and no insurance was involved.
