The car was repaired, but no in any sort of a reasonable amount of time. I dropped my car off on April 16th & it was returned to me May 4th, almost 3 full weeks. The completion date kept getting pushed back further & further. & that would have been okay, if they had made any effort to communicate with me what was going on with my car. I had to call 3-4 times before being able to reach the mechanic working on my car, leave him messages that would go unreturned for days, & when my calls were returned it didn't seem like notable progress had been made. It seemed like they dragged their feet with it & could have gotten it finished much faster. They gave me the excuse that they were "very busy, & that's why it's taking so long," but that's not my problem. My car was stuck in your shop. That's my problem. If they were really so extremely busy that they couldn't finish work on the car when they said they were supposed to, or so insanely busy that they couldn't take the time to return my calls or even give me an update, hire more people? So far I see no problems with the work they did, but they certainly took their sweet time doing it. Also I don't know which receptionist it was but one of them was incredibly rude to me over the phone when I was trying to reach Jerry (my mechanic) & not only cut me off & spoke over me, but also left me on hold for about 15 mins. It's unfortunate but I will not be doing any business in the future with Steve's collision.

The only problems I've noticed so far are that the interior has a very strong epoxy like odor, and that the front licence plate is bent. Otherwise, everything seems fine.
The car is beautiful but the communication regarding pick up caused me to unnecessarily reschedule my work 3 days... If you had let me know before 4 it wasn't going to be ready I wouldn't have scheduled my day around that pick up time. (Wednesday). Then the next time I called I was assured it would be ready (Friday) and that I would get a call... Waited all afternoon no call and again that messed up my plans... It wasn't ready until Monday, which I had no problems with, it was waiting and calling and being told incorrect information and then not even calling to say plans had changed that was poor business practices. The car looks great no complaints on that.
I will be speaking to the manager soon about some concerns I have with the work performed. There is paint on the leather seats, tailgate was not refinished, the FORD logo on my front grill is scratched like it was bumped into a wall, there's paint dust all through the back interior. The overall paint doesn't quite match the factory paint/finish. The clear coat used is not as polished. Besides this, I've noticed a 25$ poker chip missing from the console. Then I see my Geico rates sky rocket to 385$ a month! Thanks guys!!

It was a perfect experience! Great customer service and they had my car done so fast! Definitely recommend this place to people that need to get there car fixed quick. Greatly appreciate all the great work they did!
Repair was incomplete on two attempts, resulting in nearly a full day waiting at and returning to shop when it was an estimated 2-3 hour job. Not all items on estimate were completed, specifically a 25$ fuel fill charge.
