Completely unhappy with everything, from the way I was treated to the way the vehicle was returned. It was dirty and shortcuts were taken. They pretty much put a bandaid on the vehicle and send it back to the owner.

I work for a call center...thus being even **** min late is an incident. So I arranged for planned time off in order to pick up my car before work to give myself time to drive to Sparks and then back to S Reno. But you kept changing the completion date. So had to keep asking a manager to move my paid time off request. I recommend over-exaggerating the completion date. Then if u are early it's a nice surprise and I only have to shift my plans once instead of 3 times. Otherwise...the bumper repair is beautiful.

Thank you, my only concern was dropping the vehicle off on Monday with a quarter tank of gas, then getting it back on Friday the an empty tank. Below "e". Everything else was great!

Yes great customer service. The owner or whoever is responsible for the fixing did it at a great time frame for me. The only thing was the communication. I wasnt getting phone calls back. And the rep that works there from geico twice verified my phone number plus i left couple messages. However the overall experince was amazing great people and the finish product was outstanding. I love the quality. Thanks guys.

Great service, and the convenience of having GEICO and Enterprise Rental right there in the same building was fantastic! I hope I never need the services of a body shop again, but if I do there's no question where I'll go. Steve's Collision Center GEICO Enterprise as close to "pleasurable" experience as possible for dealing with an unfortunate situation like a car accident. Thumbs up!
