The staff was great and overall the work that was completed was excelent. Just fell short on a few minor items that I thought should had been caught. I spent an hour last night trying to remove what appears to be some type of adhesive (could be wrong on what the substance is but looks and feels like adhesive) from the roof. There was also something all over the hood and windshield. Little yellow dots. I was able to scratch most of them off with my finger nail but if it was just detailed that should have been removed. Also the battery cover in the trunk was does not snap into its clip so it just wobbles around and comes off when driving. Also seems to be a white line on the passenger back between the quarter panel and door. Not sure what it is but it looks like a scratch as you walk up to it. Not sure if its just a missed spot when blending the paint or something that I can buff out. I'll try when I get a chance. Over all I am extremely pleased with the work done. It's amazing how well everything went back together. Just feel like you fell short on some of the easy finish items. Not a big deal.

I would like to thank everyone at Arizona Collision Center for their top notch service. I had one of the worst experiences with my insurance company and Joe went above and beyond to make sure they were held responsible and that I was well taken care of. He was in constant contact with me every step of the way. I was even more impressed when I got my truck back and the inside had been cleaned. Would highly recommend az collision repair. My insurance company wanted to use non oem parts or recycled. They didnt fit rite. They made the call to the insurance and put oem parts on.

Arizona Collision Center was amazing! Travis got my truck in quickly and and even called enterprise to pick me up. They were able to answer all my questions and kept me up to date on all that was happening. They sent me text messages and Joe would call if there was something else going on. When I asked if Joe could send me the report or additional pictures he was always quick and very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience and you guys did an amazing job on the truck!
