Your team is absolutely amazing. The person who answers the phone and covers the front desk is second to none. She gets you the response you need and assumes personal responsibility for it. Kevin stayed on top of getting the delayed trunk lid from Toyota and informed me the minute it arrived.

I was kept up to date on the status of my car repair. Imperial also delivered my car 4 days earlier than I expected. The repair job was outstanding! My car looked like the day I purchased it. It is apparent that the Imperial Auto Body team take pride in their work and make sure every detail is taken care of... including a clean and shining car inside and out. Thank you all very much!
