I submitted this survey once before. Your work was excellent and on time. The only issue I had was the the driver's seat had grease on it when I picked up the car. The tech came out and cleaned it off, but it should not have happened. I would still recommend your shop.

I highly recommend Imperial Auto Body. They were responsive, customer focused and communicated the status of the repairs all along the way. And, they did an amazing job repairing three of our vehicles. It is rare to find a business that combines both quality work and quality customer service. Imperial does just that.
