Communication should be a little better. On the morning of my original completion date, I got a text stating it would be done on time. However, I decided to call 2 hrs prior to completion time only to be told it would be 2 more days. Was anyone ever going to call before I drove up there?

Not all repairs were done. The estimate that was given was for the bumper and in addition a side mirror replacement, scratches buffed out and the tailgate paint fixed, none of which were completed. When questioned the serviceman said that wasn’t the estimate he was given. No offer to see where the miscommunication was or offer to fix it. Four days were given for all repairs to be completed and it took 7, though one was a storm day. I was supposed to be given text updates but received phone calls and the last one I received was the day of the storm. Overall the office staff was nice as was the original estimater but the rest of the experience was subpar.
