Karlynn was very nice and helpful. The repairs were done beautifully. The issue I have is that my husband's tool box was moved from the backseat to the right front seat. When hed gone through his tool box on 4/**** he noticed two of his wrenches were gone. They were an 18mm and a 19mm. He is a master technician. He knows exactly what tools he has. I don't know if there's anything that can be done about this matter. I do know that he was not happy. He'd like his tools back. Thank you.

Carstar Eastern Hills did a phenomenal job. I'm sorry that I'm terrible with names, she dealt with me the most, super helpful and knowledgable. I hate bothering anybody, but when I dropped my EV off I came from work and I wasn't fully charged. Super good about throwing it on a charger for me so it didn't dip below 20%.

I was not satisfied as I had to refuse pick up twice due to unacceptable repairs. My van was finally ready by the third time and repaired to satisfaction but it was frustrating that it took three times of traveling and switching rides.
