We recently moved to South Carolina. The accident that caused the damage happened in Utah, but there were no questions regarding the accident. **** **** Body Shop was very professional and helped me look forward to getting my undamaged car back rather than expressing blame for my unfortunate driving mistake.

Thanks the car turned out great! Communications with customer were professional and courteous however could be improved. Rather than blaming lack of communications on being too busy or having too many claims to manage, communicate more frequently with a transparent update.
