It was never discussed with me exactly what needed to be done vs what what was completed. I was unsatisfied with the the end result considering I paid out of pocket for previous damage on the same bumper that needed replacing from the new accident. I most likely would have left pleased if they covered the hole where a light reflector is missing. That made me feel that I didn't get the best auto service experience. After speaking to Mr. Cid Goss, he informed me that it would be taken care of at no extra charge. I'm thankful that he is willing to have the minor things done, I just wish it was done, prior.

My car has gas tank dislocation damage to impact from a rear end collision while sitting at a traffic light. **** **** GEICO claims adjusters recognized and agreed the damage was a result of the impact from the collision. When asked if it would be repaired I was told NO because my car is ten years old and it was plain coincidence that the damage happened at that time. I know have exhaust leaks and a tank that has not been repaired. I was also told that **** **** / GEICO would give an estimate and I would have to pay out of pocket. I felt as though I was being handled in a way of sarcasm about the situation, to the point of a GEICO associate slim short dark complexioned male had the audacity to say he was not being racist but in his seven year experience he has come to know women know very little about cars. This really bothered me to hear that on top of we are not going to repair your vehicle because it is ten years old and my vehicle has worn parts. My point then and still is I did not ask to get rear ended while sitting at at a traffic light and did not have an issue before getting rear ended at a traffic light. This is the vehicle I transport my children in, one which has asthma. So smelling exhaust fumes are not an option. My peace of mind while driving is and I do not have peace of mind because the seal around my gas tank broke upon impact. When the GEICO agent said that it was a Toyota issue I went to Toyota after leaving and trying to have the issue resolved. The parts department inspected my car and told me that it was broken on impact due to the force, not because it was worn. He also stated even with no damage to the bumper it could happen upon impact. So now I have GEICO confirming the damage was from impact as well a Toyota representative. Who blantanly said I was on told this because GEICO does not want to pay for it, which is what GEICO said they are not paying for it. I have spoken with Corey Norris, her supervisor, and have been given two other individuals in hopes of getting the issue taken care of. As of now Corey Norris and Britt **** have said GEICO is not going to repair my car.

**** Smiths work was excellent with regards to fit and finish a little disappointed about the starters and completely disappointed by the way I was treated by Geico and specifically Britt **** .... Awful awful awful customer service. Slade actually saved face for Geico and actually offered a solution as well as an apology which is more than I can say for "Britt ****" and Geico but **** **** deserves praise for a very well done repair.

Would be a great tool to have pictures along the way of the repair process. The updated texts are good but when a text is sent that it's so much percentage completed, it would be great to see exactly how far that is.
A little more attention when first walking in. There were two desks in the lobby and I didn't know which one to go to. Maybe signs that clearly display what each one is for?

My temperature is displayed in my car and now I have to come back in the morning to jave it looked at. Didn't have this problem until left it and found out it's ranged from the bumper which is what was repaired on my car. My car was full of ants and I am still having to spray. Again now I will be late for work because of this.

After getting home I realized that the bumper on the driver side has a 2" gap with the passager side 1" gap or less. Also there's other gaps in the front bumper that isn't supposed to be there. I'd figured anyone nowadays can find a front picture of a 2012 model vehicle to detail the gaps- it's all in the specs. The pinstripes aren't the correct pinstripes that came with the truck but was tried to pass off as such. Even to the point to match it on the non damaged side. **** to drive a 40k truck that any kid can see there's issues. Maybe can get 18k out of it if I choose to sell it. The bad thing is I had a rental car which wasn't the best and paid out of pocket for. Not satisfied with the quality of parts or work from a dealership that's supposed to claim they're a training center. Hopefully this issue will be corrected without more cost out of my pocket. Customer service was ok but honestly didn't feel he was truly connected with the order. As a professional that has worked with 3 major automotive manufacturers for several years if give my experience a 3. Only a 3 as the greeting out of a 10. Guess a mom a pop shop would've been a much better choice for my serivce.
