There are paint imperfections on the hood and the front quarter panel. Additionally my jeep went into the shop with a fully functioning rear lift gate. When I picked it up the rear lift arm was broke off and rolling around in the back of my jeep. This only could have happened with someone opening the liftgate because the lift cylinder is contained in the body. Your team never notified me and when I questioned the store they told me it wasn't them. I understand things break but if it broke under your care someone should admit it rather than hiding it and denying. Basically telling me I am fabricating a story.

I was generally pleased, except that the cover on my gas cap would not shut. I took it back once, thought it was fixed, but the next time I got gas, it still wouldn't shut. I took it back again, and now a part is being ordered. I'm hoping that in the end that the problem will be solved.

Dave was great about communicating what was going on with my truck repairs. He updated me along the way about additional damage found, parts that were on backorder and even a last minute replacement part. Best part was I got to pick up my truck on my birthday. My truck looks fantastic and I've had many compliments on how nice it looks. Thank you for getting my "draft mare" back into service.

I appreciate the fast response you gave into my situation the most. Moving back here from Texas and finding out the work on my vehicle was not completed correctly was a stress not needed. Your team got me in, handle the problem very quickly. Less than 24 hours. You handled the claim and returning the rental for me. I appreciate the customer service.
