The 100+ years of experience at Pritz really shows. My experience with them was incredible, from estimate to pick-up the communication was some of the best customer service I’ve received. There was a hiccup with getting a damaged part in but they got another part in quickly and finished up the repair a few days before they even said it would be done, so theyre even timely! I couldn't recommend them enough!

Matt and the team were not just professional in handling my car repairs, they were responsive and thoughtful through the entire process. My car looked ok when I got it until I really looked at it. I’ve never known Pritz to do a rush job and just to paint over parts that were not sanded down. Also the paint was not all the way dry at all and toy can see at the corner where it’s black instead of painted. Not happy about the job done an I always recommend people to go there. I have wrote comments before and no one has even called me.

Pritz Auto Body West was accommodating to my schedule. They kept me well informed of the status of the repairs being done to my car. The staff was friendly and answered any questions I had.
