One of the issues I had asked you to look at and try to correct was air noise coming in the driver side window.
When I picked up the car, there was no report on what was done - paint repair or the air noise. Still have the air noise.
Communication seems to lacking in the office area. I had called and stated I had Covid and would not be picking up the car till the following week. Received a call the following evening that the car was ready. When I mentioned my earlier call the individual had no knowledge of the situation. Much different business than when I had the original work done back in 2017.

You did fine work, no complaint about that but please remember the adage 'underpromise and overdeliver.' If you know you'll need it a week then just say that, don't say 3-4 days and it takes a week to do it. Other than that you did very good work.
