If parts are being sent to you broken you need to get a new parts relative. Which caused you 2 miss your completion date. We went 2 weeks with out a vech. This was hard on us.

I had a wonderful experience since the moment I came into the store until I received my car back. Customer service was great, Rob took really good care of my car and gave me all pertinent information to my situation since he understood I've never being involved in a collition. I'd give 11 out of 10.

The team at Complete Collision Center was fast, professional, and transparent with their repair process. My vehicle was returned to me in a better state than before I was in the accident. They were very professional through out the entire process and even stayed late on a Saturday so I could come pick up my vehicle. I don’t plan on getting in another reck but if the need ever arises for a repair shop again, I will without a doubt use Complete Collision Center.
