I am a Toyota 4Runner owner. The estimate that they provided for a six day operation was upheld - Complete Collisions Center actually finished it early and took their time with the detail, which I appreciated. I received a clean 4Runner back and was (and still am) pleased with the repairs. I paid out of pocket for a new TRD grille which they installed for me in lieu of the factory grille that came with my vehicle. I just paid the difference and they willingly did the customization for me. Particularly I worked with Kurt and Rob, but I had a chance to speak with the staff and they were all friendly. We even discussed future projects for my baby. The text notifications were spot on and kept me in the loop the entire time. I more than highly recommend this collision center!
