Great customer service, I will say that. Aside from that, the service itself wasn’t even done 100% correct as spacing on the vehicle parts needs adjusted. In addition, the shop took WAY too long to finish the repairs and told me on multiple occasions it would be done (a span of almost 3 weeks) and it never was.

The team is very courteous and never withheld any information regarding my vehicle. I also like the fact that they did call back when they said they were every time I called and asked about the status on parts for my vehicle. Lastly, the warranty for life on the job and parts that they performed is awesome!
I have never heard of such a thing. I would definitely use complete collision again and will recommend it.
