Nationwide had my car sent there as an authorized repair shop. The estimate was 2 ****/2 weeks. The repairs took over 6 weeks. During that extra time I was spending an extra $800 in rental car fees. The car was only one model year old so parts should have been readily available. In any case, when I finally got the car back it looked great. Within about 8 months, the paint started to bubble up and peel off the car. I waited a few months to make sure everyplace that was going to peel did so I wouldn't have to have it done more than once. Every plastic piece on the car needed to be removed stripped and repainted. I now live in another state, so I had to deal with that as well, not even being able to take it back to Collision works to fix their own issue. Even though the repair is 100% guaranteed, The body shop or insurance company been able to get them to even take care of the rental car needed while fixing their screw up. I have seen a lot of reviews during and after my repair on this shop and it seems to be hit and miss for the quality of work. I will say the people that works there were always very nice and professional during the repair, but that is about all I can say good about my experience.

Their 'repair' caused $****,8 damage to the convertible roof of my BMW. While repairing a third brake light, they damaged the trunk assembly of the roof, also they failed to connect the electronics of the brake light assembly resulting in the vehicle not having brake lights. They allowed me to drive away after they said it was 'done' only for me to open the truck once I got home to discover the wires just hanging there not connected and the brake assembly prices hanging from the truck deck. Stay Away !!!

Very very pleased with the body work done to my car. I had a small dent from an accident. Jon kept me in the loop of everything that was going on with my car and called when it was ready for pick up. My car looks better than before! They even detailed my car inside and out. Day of pick up I has mistaken the store hours and showed up at 7am. The customer service department did not open there doors until 8am. The manager unlocked the doors and let me in so I could pick up my vehicle and head to work. Very pleased with the customer service and job well done! Highly recommend!

Absolutely phenomenal to work with. Dan was consistently on top of things, keeping me in the loop, handling the insurance folks and making sure everyone had their paperwork and such right when they needed it. Even after our car came back (looking better than it did before the accident, by the way) he's continued to help me with making sure all paperwork is submitted so we can get reimbursement for rentals and such. Everyone we talked with there, from the receptionist on up, was very friendly, down to earth, and easy to work with. The car looks fantastic, too; their work is top notch. Highly recommended to anyone in the Glen Burnie area.
