Pleasant experience. It took longer to repair than expected but Collision works handled extending my rental. Really liked that you cleaned inside the car.

Had to return vehicle TWICE to get it fixed correctly. Then the folks tried to argue fixing it proper. Also, they didn't replace several critical parts which is why vehicle needed to be returned TWICE to get proper attn. Strut exploded it's fluid all over my undercarriage essentially causing damage every time I hit a bump in the road. The noise was so loud. After they fixed that. The noise was still there, just not as loud. They tried to tell me it's not from accident. After a half hour of this ads talking in circles, never answering any actual questions asked of him... He finally says maybe we missed something. YES. EXACTLY. THAT'S WHAT I'M TELLING YOU. So, then 2 stabilizer links get replaced. Ok. So, why wasn't the **** stabilizer link on the accident side replaced in the first place!? The whole friggin tire was screwed up. So, I had to bring my car back for 2 repairs that should have been done because they were damaged in accident. Strut and links. I swear, if my **** bearings are jacked and you didn't replace them....

The repair job was awesome. The staff was great from the first time I walked in the door until I came back to pick up my vehicle after its repair. My only suggestion would be to completely clean the vehicle upon return to the customer to give the full effect of the repair job. Example: The driver side which had been repaired looked shiney and new but the rest of my car was dirty. An entirely clean vehicle upon pickup would have been a nice added touch.

I really appreciate the updates that I got during the process of having my car fixed.
