My driver’s side window doesn’t automatically roll up with one touch anymore. I have to hold the button in order for it to roll up. The passenger side rolls up with one touch, but not the driver’s side. I don’t feel comfortable to complain because the people over there looked upset when I made a comment about something else that I had questioned.

The service/staff at Mike's were great, and from what I can tell the work is good quality. The only thing I'm not too happy about is that I was originally told the car would be done on Friday, but it was not done until Monday night, which I would not care about the extra time except I had to pay for the rental car for 3 extra days. Because Mike's is not open on weekends, it wasn't just one extra day of fees, it was 3 extra days, which really adds up

We were disappointed with the length of time it took to repair what seemed like a relatively small repair. Then, the already long time, to us, was pushed out twice so that we had to keep readjusting our schedule. Maybe it would be better to overestimate the time and then deliver the repaired car early. Other than that everything else was great. Friendly, courteous service, the car looks great, shiny and clean, and the repair was well done, no sign that anything ever happened to it! I have only praise, no complaints re everything except needing to wait an extra 24 hours to get it.

I came to the shop because your shop did an excellent job fixing my car last time. I came back and thought I could trust you with my car again. Everything was great until I had to pick up my car. No one from your shop called and let me know when the car was ready to pick up. I had to call twice to ask if my car was ready for pickup. There were still scratches on the rear bumper, and your associate argued that my car must have got hit again right after I left the shop. I know for sure no one touched my car within that hour and there’s no way it got rear ended again. Your shop was unable to repair my rear bumper and bring it back to the original condition. I was suggested to use a reconditioned bumper, and was promised it will be the same as the OEM bumper, but your shop did not deliver the promises. There were also sratches inside the trunk door did not get touch up. Your associate agreed to retouch the trunk door, but refuse to replace the rear bumper. I’m very disappointed and will not be using your shop anymore. Yuman C

The work looked great- blending of paint color, removal of scratches and sent - I couldn’t tell there had been any damage. On top of that, Brian explained everything clearly and was able to patiently explain in layman’s terms when necessary without me feeling that he was rushing me through it. They did everything we talked about just as he said they would.
