Lose trim in two placed, incorrectly reinstalled rubber seal around door, door sill looked like new on 7 year old car, boot foot marks and sill, now looks 20 years old. Grease marks on middle row seat top. Weather tech rear floor mat forced up and pushed into wierd shape to gain access to work area rather than removing completely. replaced parts left in car. Sliding door misalined . Sanding dust everywhere inside car. Very disappointed

Repeat customer within 12 months. Needed to paint tailgate and until I asked you were going to paint over minor dents until I paid $150.00 in addition to $500 deductible.

Your customer service is excellent in terms of keeping me up to date on how things were going on my car but it took WAY too long. You had my car for a month and I have to bring it back in when I come back from my vacation so you can finish. When I called my insurance company to extend my rental car coverage, they asked me what was taking so long and I couldn't tell them.
