When I received my vehicle it looked great. However later in the afternoon when I was running errands I rolled down my driver side window it didn't go down all the way. Whoever took the door apart didn't put the window back in correctly. They didn't check to make sure the window was put back correctly after they put it back. So now I have to drag 5 children to the shop with me on Monday to have you fix something that should have been checked once the work was done before the vehicle was given back to me.

Mike’s Auto Body took well good care of me. I went in for an estimate and was told my car was ready to taken care of. Nha at Mike’s made sure my car was taken cared of . Plus she made arrangements for a rent a car. When my car was ready it looked like new washed and ready to go. Thank you Nha and the Mikes auto body staff, it was a great experience.

All is good. Two things to mention. The vehicle was in the shop from 10/30 to 12/20. Understand that additional parts had to be ordered but that is a long time. Also there was a mixup on the deductible. USAA waived it but the shop did not have that info. I resolved the matter wit a phone call to USAA. The work on the vehicle was excellent.

Excellent customer service! Ray made me feel like I was family and the atmosphere definitely felt like home. Ray texted all updates on the work that was done to my truck almost daily and it made me feel more and more confident and comfortable about who I trusted to work on my truck. My truck came back looking better than the day I bought. Ray and the rest of the crew have exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I appreciated the frequent contacts letting me know what was going on. I was also impressed with the rides you provided getting me home when I left my car and then picked me up at my home to allow me to pick up my car. The company feels very well organized on all levels and my car looks beautiful

I got great service from Nah and the whole crew. I had some requests which were delivered as asked. I asked that they reattach the front license plate and put the spare tire back. Neither of those were part of the main repair but were delivered.

My key was lost, and we had to get a new alarm system for the car which kind of worries me since my rental was stolen 2 weeks ago. But, this question doesn’t allow you to look at all aspects. All in all, they took good care of me and my car, they made it look better than it did when I first bought it. They made sure it was fixed from the inside and out. I feel much safer driving in it, it was very clean, I found one Red Bull can inside but no big deal, we’re all human. I will still bring my car back to mikes if anything is to ever happen again, regardless of the key mishap, Mike’s auto body did a good job. So thank you for dealing with my mishap for 3 months and getting me back safely on the road just before thanksgiving, I will forever appreciate being able to go see family for the holidays in my “ new “ car. -Shelby B
